Due to the generosity of businesses in our town, Lightning Ridge Arts and Crafts Council has been able to host, each year, a competitive exhibition in which local artists and craftspeople showcase their talent and win prizes.
This year is no exception and, once again, the Arts and Crafts Council is proud to present the “Outback Competitive Exhibition 2002”.
The opening night is on Friday September 27 at 7pm at the Arts and Crafts Hall in Pandora
Street, next to the library.
The exhibition will continue during the days of September 28 and 29 and October 5, 6 and 7.
All exhibitors are reminded that their entries must be at the hall by 12 noon on Wednesday September 25.
Entries may be left at the hall on Sunday, September 22.
A big thank you goes to Vicki Bokros and Jenni Brammal for designing and printing the impressive posters which have been placed in windows around the town.
