New hours for Historical Society

Due to the absence of our “chief” the Cottage will only be open on Fridays 10am to 4pm unless by special request (phone Glennis on 6829 2440).

We received some very interesting memorabilia from a very kind lady - Miss Morag McMillan of Sydney - all donated to the Historical Society. Also Bob Kihlstrom of Queensland sent superb photographs recently of Harry Zac, his camp and car etc. All will eventually be on display in the Cottage when the “chief” returns.

There are hundreds of paperbacks in the Cottage for just $5. You can purchase six books of your choice - the cheapest in town!!

Call in on Friday and help us continue to improve the cottage and the Bush Nurse’s building with your donations, thank you.

The photographic exhibition in the Bush Nurse’s building is proving very popular - have you been to see it yet? Make the effort and see the faces of the people who helped make the Ridge what it is today.

Thank you for your support. G.D. Canlin
