Torrential downpours and a rumoured abandonment did little to dampen the enthusiasm of the crowds who flocked to the Ridge for an outback Easter Extravaganza.
The atmosphere was electric! It was a remarkable comeback reminiscent of past Easter attendances.
There was a positive buzz amongst tourists and locals alike who shared in the excitement generated by a packed program of events.
The atmosphere that respective committees strived for was achieved and expectations exceeded.\
Already event organisers are looking at ways to top their Year of the Outback success. It was a true community effort.
