CHIEF MINING WARDEN'S INQUIRY HEARING
The Chief Mining Warden is holding the second hearing prior to commencing the Inquiry into landholders objections of areas being included in Opal Prospecting Area 4 this week. The landholders have already been ordered to supply the Warden with a detailed list and location of the improvements they are objecting to being included in OPA 4. It hoped that the majority of the objections will be straight forward such as homesteads, woolsheds etc but there may be some grey areas that will require some legal arguments.
